How we will work with you during the pandemic
The current Coronavirus/COVID-19 pandemic requires everyone to adhere to rigorous "social distancing" guidelines, many of which present considerable challenges to the way the sale and purchase of real estate is transacted. At RE/MAX Cityview, we have done our best to come up with a plan of how to work with our buyer and seller clients during this difficult time, in order to keep you - our clients - as well as ourselves and other Realtors that we work with, safe and healthy.
Buyers must be symptom-free with no fever at the time of showing • Only decision makers are to be present at the initial showing, 4 people max. • Currently, we are scheduling showings exclusively for properties that have a lockbox, or at least require no interaction with seller or seller’s agent to view the home • At present, we are using only electronic signatures for offers and contracts with DocuSign
Initial listing consultations will be conducted over video conference using the Zoom software • Photo/video listing options to include 360 Virtual Tour with Matterport • Open houses (when/where applicable) shall be conducted via Facebook live only • Until May 31, 2020 we will open all doors and stand outside while buyers and buyers’ agents walk through the home, 4 people max. in the property • At present, we are using only electronic signatures for listing paperwork and contracts with DocuSign
